Technical depth to extend
and integrate solutions
As the Adaptive Repository™ is capability based,
the depth and breadth of solutions that can be achieved is extensive.
This can range from specific customizations, systems integration,
and producing or supporting branded OEM products.
Customization
Customization can be taken to any depth, including embedding
processes and methodologies. The look and feel of the application
can be implemented to meet corporate standards. The underlying metamodel
can be extended or customer concepts can be re-mapped to the existing
product.
Integration
Integrations can be classed to several levels, be it
bridge based files imported from tools (ui or bi directional), tool
invoked commands, and even evergreen synchronization. As a metadata
hub, the Adaptive Repository makes extensive use of transformers and
API interfaces.
Domain Specific Language (DSL) model authoring can be
developed to provide highly focused solutions or existing tool investments
can be integrated.
Migration
For solutions that have been customized, a migration
service and/or skills transfer is available to enable these solutions
to be migrated over successive versions of the Adaptive Repository.
These often include revision to standards that will ensure inherent
interoperability is maintained.
OEM
The Adaptive technology stack can be intercepted at
various levels to enable partners to create unique and branded solutions.
Technology transfer and ongoing support services ensure that partners
can benefit from the ongoing development of the platform. Equally,
Adaptive can undertake the production and support of a partner’s
OEM product on an outsourced basis; this is often an advantage during
the early stages of going to market. |
