The Adaptive product is highly flexible, configurable
and customizable. The skills needed to implement solutions can be
either provided or transferred. As Adaptive is primarily a software
product company, we strategically seek to transfer knowledge. However,
tactically, we offer high levels of direct support and ownership of
delivery. Indeed initial joint phases are ideal vehicles for ensuring
early success and embedding knowledge.
Rapid Implementation
Where the context is straightforward, or the ethos is
to implement in-house, Adaptive’s rapid implementation approach
ensures that customers can be equipped with sufficient skills to enable
you to achieve fast implementation cycles.
Conversely, Adaptive can take prime ownership of a project,
ensuring that the scope and benefit balance is optimized for the available
time, budget, and exploitation of available capabilities.
Typically, rapid implementations take 60 days to complete.
Staged Implementation
For all the speed benefits of a rapid implementation,
a staged approach can pay equal dividends by ensuring that a project
is well defined, designed, and managed. Risk can often be mitigated
through the use of Proof-of-Concept (PoC), Pilot, and Phased Delivery
structured projects or programs.
Adaptive is able to offer Adaptive implementation specific
Business Analysis & Project Management skills and experience to
provide a professional framework for projects. This can be on a direct
responsibility basis or via coaching or mentoring.
Design services ensure that an overall solution architectural
design is produced that guides the implementation, testing, and acceptance.
Implementation services include configuration, light
customization, initial data population, and integrations bridges.
At this configuration level, soft extensions at the attribute level
often mean that customizations can be avoided. |
