that support staff – and ultimately users – can use the
application to do their jobs. Queries or problems can occur during
normal operations, or when new scenarios arise.
Telephone Support
Direct dialog is a quick and effective way to deal with
support enquiries. Adaptive follows the sun coverage from Europe to
the West Coast of America. Appropriate action can be instigated accordingly
to the nature and impact of the request or incident.

Online Helpdesk
Adaptive makes use of a full helpdesk registration and
tracking system to mange all support requests. This system can be
accessed via a web portal or via a direct integration with email.
Each customer with a support contract is supplied with a dedicated
email address and associated help queue.

Maintenance Builds & Release Upgrades
All customers with valid support and maintenance agreements
will be notified of the availability of critical maintenance builds
and new product releases. These can be downloaded from the customer
area on this website. Advice and support can be provided to system
administrators accordingly on the impact of implementing upgrades.
